  42. dreadazesia said: @ everyone in the comments who’re talking about katniss’ race: to the best of my knowledge, it’s never explicitly stated, but at the very least she’s not white. if i could find my books i could quote, but i do remember that haymitch & katniss (& her father) have similar coloring (and i believe that it’s the ‘typical coloring of the seam’ or something similar.) primrose looks like their mother while katniss looks like their father.
