as such, there should absolutely be deep space 9 urban legends and ghost stories about phantom voices in the vents from bajoran smugglers/escape attempts, turbo lifts that take you to floors that only sometimes exist, the sound of hands knocking desperately on the outside glass of the external viewports, conspiracy theories about holosuite programs whose characters wear the faces of the dead, llorona or rusalka type ghost stories of bajoran mothers/comfort women torn from their children who wander the halls looking for them or punishing those who might try to take advantage of vulnerable women
