- the guard who only says things that are metaphorically true but literally false
- the guard who only says things that are literally true but metaphorically false
- the guard who lies but while making air quotes with their fingers.

-the standard guard who just needed the money and is getting increasingly concerned about their coworkers.-both doors lead to the same room
-the guards don’t actually know the right door
-one of the guards is on his break and the other one is resentfully trying to do it solo
-one of the guards is a werewolf and forgot the moon is rising in 1d6 turns
