When you have a disorder caused by trauma, you have to be kinder to yourself.

You went through hell, maybe it wasn’t your fault, maybe it seems like it was. That doesn’t matter.

You are hurting, your brain is literally damaged. It needs time to heal and you need to go easier on yourself so it can.

Yes, there will be bad days, but there will also be good days.

Please, allow yourself time to come to terms with what you went through. While you are doing this, try to be nice to yourself. You went through hell, you deserve a little more kindness in your life <3
