Headcanon that pre-ring frodo is an extremely tactile person. He would cuddle and hold hands and hang off of his friends whenever he was around them, and he was always so inexplicably warm.

Post-quest however, frodo has become withdrawn, sliding away whenever somebody tries to touch him, always keeping his distance from his friends, and his skin is always ice cold
