serious question does anyone know how to like…un-fuck your sleep schedule because i’ve been going to bed early for the past week but i can’t fall asleep until after 1am no matter how hard i try

  2. straight-outta-hobbiton said: I did valerian tea to help me go to sleep at reasonable hours. I believe certain places also sell it in a pill form. Or madrakes, for relaxation, but that kinda messes with your mind if you take too much.
  3. gallifreanpotterhead said: Definitely try melatonin. Helped me a bunch. That and just contuing to force myself into bed at the time I want, and getting up early so that my body will be exhausted enough to tolerate going to bed early

  5. emobatsy said: get up in the morning between 8 and nine no matter how tired you still are and your body will follow. also when u try t sleep try not t move. at all. when u dont move ur body will think its sleeping n actually go to sleep quicker. if ur fidgety put on some quiet music to focus on. gl!

  7. cordyceps-fungus said: maybe try getting up at a set time every morning? say 9ish? then start trying to go to bed at the same time of 10. i assume the sheer exhaustion will just eventually make you pass out if youre trying to go to bed. maybe try some soothing smells. lavender is nice. maybe even try the old person thing of sleeping with your phone in another room.
