yeah i saw those callouts and like im not sure whether to believe them right off the bat because it’s so easy to take discord screenshots out of context and none of the screenshots in the callout post showed i-am-a-fish interacting with the people saying that stuff but there is definitely something bad going on there and the fact that theres a whole discourse around it is just so typical tumblr that its. annoying. also i’m not funny either but cheers anyway shckgdkfs.

there are plentiful studies that show that fiction affects reality. that’s why positive representation matters, too.
there are also studies that show that being exposed to porn makes the viewer become desensitized to sexual violence and violence against women. that’s why no more studies are being conducted about porn; because of the damage it caused to the participants. porn, too, is fictional.
there’s a logical conclusion to draw about the exposure to (not to mention, creation of) ~fictional~ pedophilia and rape as a hobby
