The more I read about this Vulcan kissing thing, the more adorable Sarek and Amanda are. They just fucking kiss all the time and it’s so god damn adorable I might explode.

They’re the Vulcan equivalent of like an old married Earth couple who like, live on a farm and are constantly baking bran muffins and feeding the chickens and going out to tend the garden- and they really do move like two halves of one whole, they are CONSTANTLY touching- a kiss on the cheek, forehead, back of the hand, one arm looped around the other’s shoulder or waist. they could be mistaken for two teenagers in love if not for their age and the seamlessness of their motions, finely coordinated after years of practice, and the fact that virtually every disagreement ends with a peck on the lips and a ‘let’s agree to disagree.’ their adult children are constantly covering their eyes in public like ‘MOM, DAD, GET A GRIP’ but every visitor to their house thinks it’s the sweetest thing they’ve ever seen.
