Tuesday, October 2nd - Hi everyone, I’m Gemma your local burden back with another of these dumb posts as I still desperately need help to get through this month.
As many of you may or may not know, I’ve been struggling a lot these past few months with my government, benefits and trying to keep my home and it is thanks to so many wonderful and caring individuals (one in particular) that I was able to pay my rent on time and avoid the prospect of homelessness, as well as pay a vast majority of my overdue bills, which have continuously built up in arrears over the past few months due to myself having no income.
However, a few of my bills such as my Gas (pictured) and Electricity have remained unpaid and I desperately need help to keep them on until I receive government aid, which won’t be until October 25th. I know that I have asked this a lot these past few months and all the help I have previously received has literally helped me from spiraling into more debt and helped me to eat and stay warm so far and I absolutely hate to ask for more help but I have no one else to turn to or any belonging to sell and due to a PayPal charge-back (pictured), I’m now back in the red and can’t even afford to buy more groceries/supplies for this month.
If anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would literally save my life and, sharing definitely helps just as much as donations. Nobody has to donate if they can’t or don’t want to, I know we’re all struggling. Thank you for your help 💖

i really, really hate to do this but i’m in need of some help.
i was laid off of my primary job just before september. i was lucky enough to secure a part-time job on the mean time but they’ve recently cut my hours drastically and i’m terrified i’m not going to be able to make my rent this month.
i’ve already asked enough of my parents and moving back in with them isn’t an option, so i really need help to keep my apartment. i need maybe around $250-$300. i know that’s asking a lot but i normally wouldn’t ever ask anyone for help.

My friend and I found a litter of kittens abandoned on the side of the road when we were returning from a trip out of town. They are currently staying at her home and all appear to be in good health for the most part, but we would like to be able to take them to the vet if possible to get them checked out and to get all the necessary shots. One does appear to have a small eye infection. They also have fleas and that would need to be treated, too.
We both have pets of our own and do not have the money to care for them long term, so we need help if at all possible. We need money to take them to the vet, get their shots, buy them more food, litter boxes and toys until we’re certain they’re in good health.
We plan on adopting them out to good owners as soon as everything is taken care of and they are a bit older.
If anyone could support us out in the mean time, that would be amazing. Any donations and shares will help tremendously.Note: Our local shelter is at maximum capacity and were unable to take them or receive help because of their limited supplies.

This is a continuation from my benefit sanction post (please click to read about my situation), as I still desperately need help and due to a PayPal charge-back, I’m now back in the red and can’t even afford to eat this month or to get basic supplies, and I really need help to get these essentials as I have regularly skipped on eating for the past few days in a row now to try and make ends meet and it has taken such a toll on me that a few days ago I was diagnosed with a folic acid deficiency, due to lack of nutrition.
